Personal Design: Meet with a personal design coach to learn more about your unique, God-given design through CliftonStrengths and more. Discover next steps toward more effective ministry and a deeper relationship with your Creator. Sexual Health and Wholeness (SHAW): Meet with a SHAW team member to have a conversation about your personal and ministry SHAW needs, and learn about the resources SHAW provides for Navigator staff and volunteers. Spiritual Direction: Sit with a trained spiritual director who will listen and bear witness to your personal spiritual journey, pray with you, provide perspective, and help you discern how God is working in your life today. Pastoral Care: Meet with a pastoral counselor for support in processing the complexities of life and ministry.
