Join us at the beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for this year’s National Collegiate Conference. Conference sessions will be held at the Grand Sandestin Conference Center, located within the heart of the resort near The Village of Baytowne Wharf.
Lodging Options
We’ve secured discounted lodging at two convenient properties within the Sandestin Resort:
1. The Grand Sandestin
Hotel rooms are a few steps away or a short resort shuttle ride to the Grand Sandestin Conference Center, The Grand Sandestin offers the most convenient access to all sessions, meals, and activities. You’ll find a variety of spacious accommodations—from studios to one-bedroom and multi-bedroom condos—all just a short walk from Baytowne Wharf’s shops and restaurants.
All rooms include access to the swimming pool, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
2. Hotel Effie Sandestin, Autograph Collection
Hotel rooms are located just steps from the conference meeting space, the Hotel Effie Sandestin property offers traditional hotel rooms in a quiet, modern setting a short walk to Grand Sandestin Conference Center.
All rooms include access to the swimming pool, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
Transportation & Parking
Most Sandestin lodging options are within walking distance of the Grand Sandestin. For those staying on property, a complimentary resort shuttle is available. Onsite parking is also available.
You may use a Navigator p-card or a personal credit card to reserve hotel rooms for the National Collegiate Conference and any pre- or post-conferences. However, only reservations paid for with a p-card are tax-exempt. To apply tax exemption to a hotel room charge paid with a p-card, you must download the tax-exempt form, print it, fill it out, and have it with you upon check-in.
When you make your room reservation, you may make an additional reservation for a personal stay before and/or after the conference at the same room rate (plus tax), depending on availability. These nights must be paid for using your personal credit card.
When you register, you may choose to purchase breakfast vouchers for Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday. Breakfast is $19 per day (including gratuity), and vouchers will be charged to the same cost center that was used to pay for the conference registration. For those who purchase vouchers, breakfast will be provided in the Hotel Effie Juniper Ballroom Foyer. Breakfast vouchers will be collected daily, and each person will need his or her own voucher for each breakfast. These vouchers will not be accepted anywhere else in the resort except at the breakfast buffet in the Hotel Effie Juniper Ballroom Foyer. Attendees without vouchers will not be allowed to go through the breakfast lines.
If you prefer to purchase breakfast elsewhere or eat at a nearby restaurant, you do not need to purchase breakfast vouchers.
During check-in you will be required to provide a credit card or p-card to the hotel, and a one-time $50 hold will be placed on that card to cover any incidentals. Incidentals are anything that is charged to the room. If nothing is charged to the room, the credit card hold will be released upon departure.
- If one person reserves the room, a $50 fee will be held on his or her credit card.
- If multiple people split the reservation using multiple credit cards, each card will have the $50 hold.

After hours, you may leave a voice message and your call will be returned the next morning.
Call Sandestin Group Reservations at 1-800-631-0839 to cancel. To avoid a charge, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to check-in, you will be charged for one room night per room reserved.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
If you share a room, you don’t need to check in at the same time, as long as each person’s name is on the room reservation.
