Plenary 1: All God
Ben found Jesus and The Navigators 30 years ago and hasn’t looked back! Married for 27 years, he and his wife, Melissa, have done ministry with The Navigators in Colorado, Florida, and Missouri. Ben now serves as the U.S. Collegiate director. He loves Chicago sports, a good malt, and time with friends and family.
Ben Nugent
Raised by disciplemaking parents, Melissa met Jesus and The Navigators at a young age. She and her husband, Ben, adopted two children: their late son, Sam, who would be 18, and their daughter, Vivian, who is almost 16. Melissa loves to read, walk their mini Goldendoodle, and have fun with friends and family.

Norman serves Navigators Collegiate in resource and leader development. On staff since 1998, he has driven four previous Collegiate directors and innumerable co-workers into therapy. Norman and his wife, Kristy, have six kids on earth and one in heaven.

Deborah grew up in Texas and came to faith when she was 18 years old. She met The Navigators at age 27 and moved to Los Angeles to join EDGE Corps. Serving at California State University–Los Angeles (Cal State LA) for a few years, and California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) for several years, she now lives in Colorado Springs and is the associate Collegiate director. Deborah loves to dance, walk her dog, Popcorn, and spend time with her nieces and nephews.

Plenary 3: All Students - The Past
Loyce serves as campus director for Florida A&M University (FAMU) in Tallahassee. She is a foster parent of teenagers and spends her free time doing CrossFit and pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary.
Loyce Nelson
Mike discovered The Navigators 50 years ago as a freshman and new believer at Illinois State. He has served on staff for 44 years, with the Collegiate Mission and in a wide variety of other roles. He and his wife, Nancy, live in Colorado Springs where they are glad to be serving with Collegiate once again, helping Collegiate staff be fruitful in all God has assigned them to do.

Plenary 4: All Students - The Challenges
Glenn is the lead pastor of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa, California, and an author of several books, including The Resilient Pastor and The Intentional Year, co-written with his wife, Holly. He holds a Doctorate in Theology and Ministry from Durham University and serves as a senior fellow at Barna Group. An ordained Anglican priest, he has written over 65 worship songs, including “Your Name.” Glenn and Holly make disciples in Orange County, California, along with their four children.

Beckie and her husband, Jeff, serve with the University of Wisconsin–Madison (UW) Navigators. When she has free time, you can find her with friends, at the gym, or drinking clean decaf coffee.

Plenary 5: All Students - The Opportunities

Deborah Proctor
Cameron grew up in the mountains of Pennsylvania and graduated from Grove City College in 2013. After being trained at Penn State, he and his wife Michaela moved to Southern New Jersey to pioneer at Rowan University, and they have 3 boys under the age of 5. Cameron enjoys all things outdoors: hiking, the beach, mowing the lawn and growing a garden. He loves to see students immerse themselves in the Scriptures and make Lordship decisions in their formative college years.

Jamie lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with her husband, Brian, and three kids. She has served on Navigator staff for 17 years and loves the front row seat she has to God drawing people into His kingdom!
Jamie Hopp
Bernard met his wife, Deb, while they were University students. Based in Leicester, United Kingdom, they have four children and have been multiplying disciples among students for over 30 years with The Navigators. Their passion is to know Christ personally, dig deeply into His Scriptures, be led by His Spirit, and co-labour with Him to live and disciple among the lost––with a special passion for those far away from God in secular culture. When Bernard is not out running over the mountains, he has the privilege of being the European regional director.
Bernard Dishman
Korryn currently serves as associate campus director at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She is passionate about college students experiencing Christ for themselves and becoming disciplemakers.
Korryn Shoge
Kyu Ho Lee began his staff journey with The Navigators in 1995 at California State University-Long Beach. In 2010, he began working with Navigators 20s and has been ministering among young adults in both Collegiate and D4L for the past 15 years. He and his wife, Tara, reside in Irvine, California and are the proud parents of three adult children and a son-in-law.
